Purpose: This project aims to observe and compare the therapeutic effects of the treatment group(acupuncture Yangwei four points, wind pool extension line, conventional body acupuncture)and control group(acupuncture conventional body acupuncture)on cervical cervical spondylosis with wind-cold block syndrome. To provide a reference for the optimization of clinical treatment programs.Method:The case came from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine).A total of 60 patients were eventually included in the clinical trial.Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table,30 cases in each group. The treatment group used Yangwei four-point and wind pool extension line as the main acupuncture treatment;the control group used acupuncture to treat cervical vertebra according to the 12 th Five-Year Plan textbook "Acupuncture Therapy"(China Traditional Medicine Press,August 2012,third edition)Treatment of the disease [1].Before treatment, the clinical efficacy and neck pain comprehensive evaluation scores were compared between the two groups after 6 treatments and 12 treatments.Result:1.Comparison before treatment: P>0.05 in the treatment group and control group in terms of age, gender, course of disease and neck pain,no statisticaldifference, the two groups were comparable.2.Analysis of results after 6 treatments::2.1 Comparison within the group:The McGill scale scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared with those of the pre-treatment group respectively, and there were significant differences(P < 0.01).It is suggested that both treatment options are effective.2.2 Comparison between groups:The dissimilarity in efficacy of PRI was statistically significant among the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the pain rating index of the test group was lower than that of the matched group after 6 times of treatment. The visual analogue grading method(VAS)among the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the VAS pain degree in the former is lower than the latter after 6 times of treatment. The difference of the existing pain intensity(PPI)between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the pain intensity(PPI)of the test group was lower than that of the matched group after 6 treatments. The difference between the two groups in the simplified McGill scale was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the analgesic effect of the test group was markedly better than that of the matched group after 6 treatments. After treatment for 6 times in the treatment group and the control group, the clinical efficacy was compared: The total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%;the total valid rate of the matched group was 70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the former was superior to the latter group in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.3 Analysis of results after 12 treatments:The comparison of PRI among the two groups displayed an exceedingly significant statistical difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that the former was significantly superior to the latter in reducing the PRI after 12 times of treatment. The comparison between the two groups by visual analogue grading method(VAS)showed a very significant statistical difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that the former was significantly better than the latter in improving VAS pain after 12 times of treatment. The comparison of PPI among the two groups displayed an exceedingly significant statistical difference(P < 0.01),suggesting that the former was significantly better than the latte in improving PPI pain after 12 times of treatment. The difference between the two groups in the simplified McGill scale was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the analgesic effect of the test group was markedly better than that of the matched group after 12 treatments. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment 12 times: the treatment rate of the treatment team is 36.67%,more detection rate is 90%,efficiency is100%;the treatment rate of the control team is 20%,more detection rate is 66.67%,efficiency 93.33%.The two effects are compared and the difference has statistical significance(P <0.01).After 12 treatments, the treatment team revealed that the overall efficiency of treating wind-and cold-injured neck spine disease is far better than the objective-photograph set. Conclusion:This study shows that both treatments can effectively improve the pain symptoms of cervical spondylosis, but the total effective rate of the former is better than that of the later. Moreover, the former was better than the later in improving neck pain(there was statistical difference),indicating that acupuncture at Yangwei four points(Fengchi,Fengfu or Yamen,Waiguan),Treatment of cervical spondylosis with wind-cold blocking collaterals was better than that of conventional acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with wind-cold blocking collaterals according to the theory of Yang-Wei-pulse. |
