ObjectiveThis topic uses conventional acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion to treat radiculopathy cervical spondylosis of wind-cold resistance to the collaterals.Observe and discuss the curative effect of this treatment on radiculopathy cervical spondylosis of wind-cold resistance to collaterals. It is a combination of acupuncture in clinical practice. The Governor Vessel moxibustion provides a basis for the practice of treating nerve radiculopathy cervical spondylosis, and provides a certain reference value for the evaluation of curative effect,in order to promote the clinical application of the Governor Vessel moxibustion in the treatment of nerve radiculopathy cervical spondylosis.MethodsThe subjects of this study were all patients who attended the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of the Chinese Medicine Hall of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020,and met the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria.A total of 60 patients with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a treatment group(conventional acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion group)and a control group(conventional acupuncture group).Conventional acupuncture treatment of cervical spine Jiaji(double),Tianzhu(double),Dazhui,Fengmen,Fengfu,Houxi(affected side),Hegu(affected side),Waiguan(affected side),Quchi(affected side). Both groups carried out 2treatments a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. Before treatment, after 1 course of treatment, and after 2 courses of treatment, respectively, the two groups of patients were statistically compared with the scores of TCM syndromes,"Tanaka Yasuji Symptom Scale" score,NPQ scale and VAS pain score,to systematically observe the two The difference in curative effect between the treatment methods, and then comprehensive clinical evaluation of the two treatment methods.Result1.The patient’s age, gender, length of disease and clinical symptom score before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the data were comparable.2.The clinical efficacy evaluation of the treatment group and the control group showed that there were effects. The calculation of the overall clinical efficacy showed that the effective rate of the former after 2 courses of treatment reached 96.67%,and the effective rate of the latter after 2courses of treatment was 86.67%.The effective rate of treatment after pulse moxibustion is better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.3.There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the data were comparable;after a course of treatment, compared with the same group before treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were both Decrease(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of CSR patients;after two consecutive courses of treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were further reduced(P<0.05),indicating that the longer the treatment time,The improvement effect is more obvious;after one course of treatment, compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group has no significant difference(P>0.05);after two courses of treatment, compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group The score was lower(P<0.05),and conventional acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion was more effective in improving TCM syndromes.4.There was no significant difference between the two groups of Tanaka Symptom Scale scores before treatment(P>0.05),and the data were comparable;after a course of treatment, compared with the same group before treatment, the two groups of Tanaka Yasuji symptoms The scale scores increased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;after two consecutive courses of treatment, the two groups of Tanaka Yasuji Symptom Scale scores further increased(P<0.05),indicating that both treatments can improve For clinical symptoms, the longer the course of treatment, the more obvious the improvement;after one course of treatment, compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the scores of Tanaka Yasuhisa’s Symptom Scale in the treatment group(P>0.05);after two courses of treatment, compared with the control group Compared with the treatment group, the TCM syndrome score was higher in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the treatment effect was better in the conventional acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion group.5.There was no statistically significant difference in NPQ scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the data were comparable. After a course of treatment, compared with the same group before treatment, the NPQ scores of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;after two consecutive courses of treatment, the NPQ scores of the two groups were further reduced(P < 0.05)),the difference is statistically significant;after a course of treatment, compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in the NPQ scores of the treatment group in terms of neck pain and sleep, daily duration, reading and watching TV,work and housework, and social activities(P>0.05),the difference in other items was statistically significant;after two courses of treatment, compared with the control group, the treatment group had a lower NPQ score.Except for neck pain, sleep, and social activities, the difference was not statistically significant. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group’s treatment effects on neck pain, sleep and other items of social activities improved more significantly than the control group.6.Comparing the acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion group and the conventional acupuncture group before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores(P>0.05),which was comparable;one course of treatment And after 2 courses of treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were compared with those before the treatment. The VAS pain scores were reduced(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can effectively improve the pain of CSR patients. And the longer the course of treatment, the more significant the pain of CSR patients;after the completion of the treatment, the pain score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group. The difference was significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion has a significantly better effect. In the conventional acupuncture group. Conclusion:Conventional acupuncture combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion for the treatment of radiculopathy of the syndrome of wind-cold resistance to collaterals can effectively improve the pain and nerve root radiation symptoms of the disease. It is highly effective and has broad clinical application prospects.Governor Vessel moxibustion can be used as acupuncture.A beneficial supplement to the therapy, combined application of the two,the effect is better.
