Discussion On Deficiency And Excess Of Zang Fu Organs Of Phlegm Dampness Constitution People Based On Meridian Detection Technology

Objective: This research through the phlegm wet through the meridians of the peace constitution and physical crowd detection results of observation,find the phlegm wet constitution on the meridian detection data expression rule,phlegmy wet physique to test result of viscera meridian imbalances and the actual situation,for clinical diagnosis and treatment in phlegm wet individuals objective diagnostic method and interpretation basis.Methods: Selection in December 05,2020-2020 medical rui kang affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university medical center,in 2009,the institute of Chinese medicine of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision for diagnostic criteria,by issuing 800 constitution questionnaire,and other physical and mixed constitution,select 112 cases in phlegm wet individuals as observation group,Two hundred and nine patients with mild physique were used as the control group.Evaluate the channels and collaterals in the subjects in two groups of individuals,collecting meridians of the actual quantity in two groups of individuals and meridian transmission five indicators of abnormal situation,the last of the test results by SPSS26.0statistical analysis,through the comparison and analysis,the difference of the two groups of physical fitness test result analysis of viscera and the actual situation in phlegm wet individuals and meridian energy transmission characteristics.Results: 1.The meridian energy conduction index of the phlegm constitution group is lower than that of the peaceful constitution group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The yin-yang ratio and the left-right ratio in the phlegm constitution group are lower than those of the peaceful constitution group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The abnormal rate of yin-yang ratio and left-right ratio of the phlegm-damp constitution group were higher than those of the peaceful constitution group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Comparison of phlegm-damp constitution and peaceful constitution with single meridian,phlegm In the wet body constitution group,the meridians of the deficiency syndrome are mainly the spleen,kidney,and the triple jiao meridian,and the evidence is mainly manifested in the liver meridian,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): This This study used a meridian detector to collect the meridian energy of phlegm-dampness constitution and people with constitution.It was found that the total meridian energy,left-right ratio and yin-yang ratio of phlegm-dampness constitution group were lower than those of Pinghe constitution group,and the abnormal rate of left-right ratio and yin-yang ratio were higher than those of Pinghe constitution group.Combined with meridian energy transmission and single meridians actual situation analysis,the viscera of the actual situation in phlegm wet individuals aspect was mainly reflected in the kidney,spleen,through partial virtual,real liver,and peace constitution crowd difference exists in the meridian energy and viscera of the actual situation,clinical can draw lessons from the testing results of the channels and collaterals and combined with the four diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,to guide the clinical diagnosis and control of phlegm wet individuals.
