Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Lisfranc injury treated with hollow screw fixation and mini-plate fixation.Methods: the clinical data of 30 patients with Lisfranc injury hospitalized in orthopedic center of our hospital from September 2011 to August 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups: hollow screw group(n = 16)and mini-plate group(n = 14).The operation time,fracture healing time and complications of the two groups were recorded,and the functional recovery of the two groups was evaluated by VAS,AOFAS at the last follow-up.Results: all the 30 patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months(average 18 months),and the operative time in the hollow screw group was significantly lower than that in the microplate group(P < 0.05).The AOFAS score of mini-plate group was slightly better than that of hollow screw group,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score,postoperative complication rate and fracture healing time between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: hollow screw and mini-plate are effective internal fixation methods in treatment of Lisfranc injury,and there is no significant difference in curative effect.The hollow screw is easy to operate and the operation time is short.Mini-plate has a wide range of application,and cross-articular fixation avoids the reinjury of articular cartilage.Clinically,appropriate internal fixation should be selected according to the specific conditions of the patients.
