| Objective: To contrast and research the treatment effect of Lisfranc joint injury with Acutrak screws and hollow screws,to provide professional advice about the diagnosis and treatment and experience communication for orthopedic surgeons on Lisfranc joint injury. Methods: The multicenter retrospectie analysised during September 2010 to August 2016 in the three hospital that was from the city of urumqi in xinjiang province with Acutrak screws or hollow screw surgical treatment of 28 patients with Lisfranc joint injury,According to the type of surgery consumablesby, patients were divided into observation group(n=10)and control group(n=18).according to the visual analogue scoring system(VAS)and the ankle surgery scoring system(AOFAS),the last follow-up records were used to evaluated for the postoperative treatment effect,at the same time to participate in the evaluation index also including operation time, complications, load time on foot, fracture healing time and price of screw, etc.the last two groups was analysised on making use of SPSS software. Results: This research involves the 28 patients received follow-up,average follow-up time was 14.8±21.1 months.Observation group and control group in the operation time, fracture healing time, postoperative VAS score and the incidence of postoperative complications of comparison, there are no statistical significance(P>0.05);Observation group next is earlier than the control group on load time on foot, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);According to AOFAS score evaluation, though observation group was higher than that of control group, but the difference is no statistical significance between groups;the observation group and control group on the comparison of the average price of the single pieces of screw is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acutrak screws and hollow screws on the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury on the curative effect, are all very effective treatment type of consumables, but considering the factor of treatment cost,so cautiously thinking that priority is not recommended to use Acutrak screws for the treatment of Lisfranc joint injury. |
