Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Lumbar Sprain Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type By Location And Oblique Pushing Method

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of oblique traction on acute lumbar sprai,and to evaluate the clinical significance of surface electromyography(SMG)as an objective index in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods: Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given basic manipulation + fixed-point inclined plate method plus fenbid,The control group was given basic operation plus Fenbid.The changes of surface electromyography were observed before and after the first treatment,after the third treatment,and the pain visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI),and the control group were given basic manipulation + fenbid.The curative effect of acute lumbar sprain was evaluated by scoring scale.Result: Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,mean amplitude,VAS score,JOA score and ODI score between the two groups,This indicates that the two groups are comparable.After the first and third treatments,the VAS,JOA,ODI scores and average amplitude of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the analgesic effect of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P <0.01).Both the treatment group and the observation group can improve the dysfunction caused by acute low back pain to a certain extent,and the treatment effect of the treatment group is more accurate.Conclusion: 1.Surface electromyography of lumbar muscles is an objective index to describe the performance of lumbar muscles in patients with acute lumbar sprain.2.Positioning oblique pulling method + routine manipulation + non-steroidal drugs can improve the symptoms,signs and functions of patients with acute lumbar sprain more quickly,better and more effectively,and objectively explain the connotation and significance of "laying equal stress on both bones and muscles".
