| Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiedu Huayu Jianpi recipe in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.Methods: according to the order of treatment,64 patients with atrophic gastritis were divided into control group(folic acid group,n = 32)and experimental group(Jiedu Huayu Jianpi recipe + folic acid group).After 6 months of treatment,the patients were divided into control group(folic acid group,n = 32)and experimental group(Jiedu Huayu Jianpi recipe + folic acid group,n = 32).The symptom score,gastroscopic observation index score and pathological mucosa diagnosis score were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the safety index was evaluated,and the statistical analysis and evaluation were carried out.Results: 1)the integral of mucous membrane under gastroscopy: after treatment,the improvement of mucous membrane under macular redness,sunken erosion and map redness in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.005);2).Pathological score of gastric mucosa: after treatment,the pathological score of gastric mucosa in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The improvement of chronic inflammation,activity,atrophy,intestinal metaplasia pathological score and OLGA staging score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);3).After treatment,the symptom score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of symptom score and life influence score of primary and secondary symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4)Safety index: there was no significant difference in liver and kidney function,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and ECG between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: jiedu Huayu Jianpi recipe can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with atrophic gastritis,reduce the inflammatory reaction of gastric mucosa,promote the repair of erosive tissue of gastric mucosa,reverse partial atrophy and pathological manifestations of intestinal metaplasia. |
