The Level And Significance Of Soluble Suppression Of Tumorigenicity-2 In Two Syndromes Of Lung Distension

Objective:This topic based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical diagnosis and treatment,though the examined and analyzed of serum soluble suppression of tumorigenicity-2（sST2）level,blood routine,blood gas analysis and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）in patients of lung distension that yang deficiency water overflow syndrome and the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung,to explore the change rule and significance of serum sST2 in the two syndrome types,and to reveal the relevant material basis of lung expansion syndrome,and provide research reference for clinical diagnosis and microscopic dialectic of lung inflation.Methods:This topic used a random parallel control observation method,inclusion 36cases of the syndrome group that water overflowing due to yang-insufficiency,and 32cases of syndrome group that phlegm-heat obstructing lung.By observing the changes of serum soluble suppression of tumorigenicity-2（sST2）in two syndromes,it is explored whether it is related to the TCM symptom score,blood gas analysis,blood routine and other data.Thereby,clarifying sST2 in the two syndrome groups whether there is specificity,and to explore the significance of sST2 between the two syndromes.Result:1.The comparison of serum sST2 level between the two syndromes,the syndrome of water over-flowing due to yang-insufficiency group is greater than the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.2.In the syndrome of water over-flowing due to yang-insufficiency group,there was a positive correlation between serum sST2 level and cardiac function grading,and a negative correlation with PaO₂,it has significant statistical significance（P<0.01）.it and panting Symptom score,BNP concentration,PaCO₂ were positively correlated,that has statistical significance（P<0.05）.However,the serum sST2 level in the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung group had no significant correlation with the above indicators,and no statistical significance（P>0.05）.Conclusion:The correlation between the syndrome of water over-flowing due to yang-insufficiency group and sST2 is stronger than the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung group.In the yang deficiency water overflow syndrome group,with the score of panting symptoms,cardiac function grading and BNP concentration rise,and the hypoxemia and carbon dioxide retention increase,sST2 is on the rise.It is suggested that sST2 is involved in the pathological process of yang deficiency water overflow syndrome of Lung distension,and which may be related to the patient’s yang deficiency and the degree of dysfunction of viscera function.It has certain clinical value for the judgement that severity of the disease,the trend of heart failure and respiratory failure.
