| Objective: the kidney and activating blood method combined aspirin on thrombosis caused by former state of recurrent abortion treatment,through the clinical observation of 60 cases,preliminary discuss the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action,and look forward to it as a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: collected 60 cases diagnosed as thrombosis former state of recurrent abortion patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)and treatment group in the kidney invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine with aspirin therapy,the control to the single drug aspirin therapy.Mainly observe the clinical effects of contrast treatment group and control group,compared two groups of patients with pregnancy of TCM syndrome integral,plasma D-dimer part,fibrinogen,activated clotting time live enzymes,thrombosis,elastic figure,uterine artery blood flow resistance index and pulsation index,in the case of a change in before and after medication and after pregnancy at 12 weeks of pregnancy embryo intrauterine growth situation is normal.Results:(1)analysis of syndromes of TCM syndromes: there is significant statistical significance(P<0.01)in TCM syndromes in two groups of patients after treatment.The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment also had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).(2)analysis of related auxiliary examination.Before and after treatment,FIB,APTT,d-dimer,uterine artery blood flow PI and RI were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups after treatment,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01)between the two groups before and after treatment.The difference of R value between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups after treatment with K value was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01),while the difference before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison difference before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the comparison difference before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)comparison of the success rate of the guarantee: the success rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: the curative effect of combined kidney-invigorating and invigorating Chinese herbal medicine combined with aspirin in the treatment of prethrombosis is better than that of aspirin alone.The former can obviously improve patients progestational syndromes,fibrinogen,activated clotting time live enzymes,plasma D-dimer,thrombosis,elastic,uterine artery blood flow and success rate of pregnancy spuc at 12 weeks after treatment group is higher than the control group,explain kidney invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine combined aspirin than pure aspirin has a bigger superiority,embodies the kidney and activating blood method in thrombosis caused by former state on the treatment of recurrent abortion has important clinical significance. |
