Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Caused By Pre-thrombotic State By The Method Of Tonifying Kidney And Activaing Blood

Objective:This study is aimed at observing the clinical therapeutic efficacy of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by pre-thrombotic state. During the study, the method of tonifying kidney and activaing blood combining with small dose of aspirin is used to treat the pre-thrombotic state. At the same time, mechanism of this method is also should be further explored. Through this clinical observation, the new way can be applied to the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:50 patients who are diagnosed as recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by pre-thrombotic state are randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group including 25 cases is treated by Bushen Huoxue decoction combination small dose of aspirin(50mg po qd). On the other hand, the control group aslo including 25 cases is only treated by small dose of aspirin(50mg po qd).The two groups all go though three menstrual cycles’treatment.During this study, the comparision of TCM symptoms total score, D-Dimer, antiphospholipid antibody, resistive in-dex and successful pregnancy rate before and after treament is needed to be concluded.Results:1. The total effective rate of treatment group and control group is 84% and 56%. In the treatment group, the cure rate is 44%, the efficiency is 40% and the inefficiency is 16%. In the control group, the cure rate is 20%, the efficiency is 36% and the inefficiency is 44%. After treament, the total effective rate of treatment group and control group has statistically difference(P<0.05).2.The TCM symptoms total score before and after treament of treatment group and control group all has significant statistical difference(P<0.01). The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The change of D-Dimer before and after treament has no statistical difference(P>0.05).4. The negative conversion ratio of antiphospholipid antibody of treatment group and control group is 80.95% and 47.83%. The difference of antiphospholipid antibody’ negative conversion ratio has statistically difference(P<0.05).5. During the comparision between treatment group and control group, the resistive in-dex before and after treament has no statistical difference(P>0.05).But the treatment group before and after treament has significant statistical difference as well as the control group before and after treament(P<0.01).6.The successful pregnancy rate of treatment group and control group is 40% and 20%. Also, it has no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of tonifying kidney and activaing blood combining with small dose of aspirin can obviously improve hypercoagulable state, regulate the circulation of the blood and also can adjust the immune and endocrine function. Clinical symptoms is improved clearly, the negative conversion ratio of antiphospholipid antibody is increased more highly, and the successful pregnancy rate of re-pregnancy is promoted. Its should be futher developed, used and spread.
