| Objective:Guided by the theory that liver stagnation and blood fever is one of the pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism,the curative effect of treating hyperthyroidism of liver stagnation and blood fever with liangxue xiaoying prescription was evaluated.Methods:72 patients with hepatic stagnation and blood stasis syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The treatment group was treated with Cool blood consumption Recipe plus Thiamazole Tablets treatment,and the control group was treated with Thiamazole Tablets alone.4 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous observation for 3 months.Observe and record the changes of clinical symptoms,signs and thyroid function before and after treatment,and conduct statistical analysis.Results:Due to various uncontrollable factors,the patient fell off in6 cases,and 66 patients completed the clinical trial,including 32 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.After 3 courses of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms,signs,heart rate and thyroid function was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect shows that Cool blood consumption can treat hyperthyroidism with liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms.It is obviouslybetter than simple western medicine treatment in slowing heart rate and improving thyroid function,promoting patient recovery and improving patients’ quality of life.It reduces the incidence of adverse reactions caused by western medicine treatment,and is safer to use.It proves that Cool blood consumption is effective in treating liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.It is worthy of further research and promotion. |
