Clinical Research On The Effect Of WenJingHuaZheng Decoction Treating The Endometriosis-associated Infeaility Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of WenJingHuaZheng Decoction in the treatment of endometriosis-associated Infeaility in view of the Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis syndrome,and to observe the side of the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,biochemical indexes and reproductive status,and explore its medical mechanism of action primarily.for the application in the infertility clinic,provide theoretical and practical basis.Methods:60 cases of infertility patients with Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis syndrome mendometriosis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group,to treat with WenJingHuaZheng Decoction,and 30 cases in the matched group,to treat with ShaoFuZhuYu Capsule.All the patients were treated for 6 menstrual cycles.To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and keep track of statistics of two groups of patients with pelvic mass volume,serum antiendometrial antibody(AEMAb),cancer antigen 125(CA125),peripheral blood natural killer cells(NKC)activity,the Endometrial blood flow at the same time,egnancy conditions and changes in other related auxiliary examination indexes,and the pregnancy situation after treatment.Results:The clinical pregnancy rate was 63.33%.The markedly EMs clinical recovery rate of treatment group treated with WenJingHuaZheng Decoction was 63.33%,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the improvement rate of TCM syndrome was 66.67%.the total effective rate was 96.67%,which was significantly better than the matched group(P<0.05).According to related indexes of laboratory:patients before treatment,mostly have elevated serum CA125 levels,elevated AEMAb antibody titer,NKC activity Inperipheral blood decreased,after treatment,the serum CA125 levels of two groups,AEMAb antibody titers were significantly decreased(p<0.05),NKC activity significantly increased,follicle development is obviously accelerated,the treatment group improved more significantly,compared with the matched group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the infertile patients of treatment group,which have endometriosis infertility syndrome and Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis Syndrome,were given oral WenJingHuaZheng Decoction,after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical signs,biochemical indexes and pregnancy rate of the treatment group were significantly improved,that improve the Decoction has preferable clinical curative effect on endometriosis-associated Infeaility of Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis Syndrome,that were obviously;reduce the patient’s Congealing Cold and Blood Sasis syndrome,and by improving the immune function,improving the inner environment of the uterus to pregnancy objective.
