Based On Data Mining To Analyze Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rule Of Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Research Objective:This study uses the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform to conduct data mining and analysis on the syndromes and medications of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine in modern physicians,and discover the syndrome differentiation and drug use regularity of traditional Chinese medicine for refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.It is expected to provide reference basis and new ideas for the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Research Method:In this study,we searched and collected databases from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data K-nowledge Service Platform and China Biomedical Document Service System(CBM)from the establishment of the database to December 2020 through computer search.The literature on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease with traditional Chinese medicine and the establishment of an EXCEL database.Afterwards,the database was imported into the data standardization module of the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform.After data sorting and cleaning,its data mining module was used to perform frequency statistics,association analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis and complex network analysis etc.,to mine and analyze the TCM syndrome types,prescriptions and TCM frequency,properties,efficacy,compatibility,etc.in the post-standard database,discover and discuss the syndrome differentiation and prescription medication rules of modern physicians in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.Research Result:A total of 79 articles were included in this study,including 98 prescription data.Among them,there are 68 prescription data concerning TCM syndromes,and the syndromes of stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach,discordance of the liver and stomach,complex syndromes of cold and heat,and stagnation of the liver to transform fire have the highest frequency.After disassembling 98 prescription data,a total of 117 prescriptions were obtained,including 60 different prescriptions.The top 5 prescriptions from high to low were Zuojin Wan,Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Sini San and Wubei San.In addition,98 prescriptions involved a total of 161 Chinese medicines.Among them,there were 11 Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥30 times.In descending order of frequency,they were Licorice,Pinellia,Bupleurum,Tangerine Peel,Coptis,Poria,Citrus aurantium,Evodia,Inula,White peony,and Generation ocher.At the same time,the dose analysis of 11 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥30 times showed that 6.0g of licorice and coptis were the most frequently used,Pinellia,Bupleurum,Tangerine Peel,and Citrus aurantium 10.0g were used the most frequently,Poria 10.0g and 15.0g were both used frequently,White peony 15.0g has the highest frequency of use,Evodia 3.0g has the highest frequency of use,and the maximum dose of Inula and Generation ocher is 30.0g.Analyzing the attributes of 167 traditional Chinese medicines,it is found that the main functions of the Chinese medicines used are drying dampness and reducing phlegm,reducing adverse effects and relieving vomiting,clearing heat and detoxification,soothing liver and relieving depression,clearing heat and dampness,purging fire and detoxification,etc.In addition,the properties of traditional Chinese medicines are mainly warm,calm,slightly cold,and cold.The medicinal taste is more bitter,pungent,and sweet.The main meridian is the spleen meridian,followed by the lung meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,heart meridian,and kidney meridian.In the correlation analysis,the drug pairs with high to low co-occurrence frequency are Pinellia-Coptis,Bupleurum-Tangerine Peel,Tangerine PeelBupleurum,Coptis-Pinellia,etc.,and the drug pairs with high to low confidence level are Evodia→Coptis,Generation ocher→Inula,Inula → Generation ocher,Xiangfu → Citrus aurantium,etc.The hierarchical clustering analysis of 35 high-frequency Chinese medicines with frequency≥10 times,mainly obtained 6 cluster combinations,respectively: the first category: Poria,Bupleurum,Tangerine Peel,Coptis,Evodia,Licorice,Pinellia,the second category: Citrus aurantium,Xiangfu,Pseudostellaria,Inula,Generation ocher,the third category: White Peony,Corydalis,Chuan Neem,the fourth category: Sea Cucumber,Zhejiang fritillary,Corrugated,Magnolia officinalis,Citrus aurantium,The fifth category: Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,the sixth category: Jujube,ginger,angelica,Chuanxiong,dried ginger,Baiji,perilla,gardenia,turmeric,woody,salvia,amomum.Through complex network analysis,it was found that the core prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease were Evodia,Pinellia,Scutellaria,Scutellaria,White Peony,Corydalis,Xiangfu,Codonopsis,Bupleurum,Licorice,Inula,Poria,Coptis,Atractylodes,Citrus aurantium,Taizi ginseng,Tangerine peel,Generation ocher,Zhejiang fritillary.At the same time,according to the results of the correlation analysis between TCM syndrome types and traditional Chinese medicine,it can be concluded that the main drugs for the liver and stomach stagnation-heat syndrome are Coptis,Licorice,Pinellia,Poria,Evodia,White Peony,Gardenia,Bupleurum,etc.The main medicines for liver-stomach discordance are Xiangfu,Bupleurum,Coptis,Citrus aurantium,licorice,etc.The main medicines for the syndromes of cold and heat are Coptis,Pinellia,dried ginger,and scutellaria.Analysis Conclusion:The treatment of refractory gastroeso-phageal reflux disease with traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on clearing away heat and reducing the adverse effects of the stomach,replenishing qi and strengthening the spleen,suppressing soreness and relieving pain,and supplements by the methods of soothing the liver and relieving depression,promoting the lungs and phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Different etiology and pathogenesis are used for syndrome differentiation and treatment,which embodies the academic thinking of modern doctors who seek the root of the disease and give consideration to the specimen.Through data mining and analysis on the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform,we found the rules and new prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease,in order to provide important guidance for clinical and literature research.
