Study On The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture And Exercise Therapy In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Of Heel Pain

Objective: the purpose of this study is to guide the basis of meridian and acupuncture therapy in theory,through the acupuncture clinic in our hospital and treatment area were collected,using the method of acupuncture and exercise therapy combined with the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type heel pain,through a two course of treatment,the curative effects were observed and compared before and after heel pain patients,so as to find a green,safe for patients,no side effects,treatment prices,but also provide a new idea and method for clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods: the clinical trials in accordance with the method of random,contrast,through TCM syndrome were collected,according to the corresponding diagnosis,included 72 patients and exclude the selection criteria consistent with the standards of patients,according to the order of treatment into two of the treatment group(acupuncture combined with exercise therapy group)36cases(contrast group the conventional acupuncture group)36 cases.VAS and clinical symptom score were collected before and after medical treatment,and the results were evaluated comprehensively.Results: the treatment group did not meet the standard 2 cases,the actual diagnosis and treatment of 34 cases,the control group did not meet the standard3 cases,and the actual diagnosis and treatment of 33 cases.In the two groups before treatment the patients were age,gender,disease duration and VAS and clinical symptoms were statistically tested,the result of P is more than 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;the whole course after the end,statistical tests for the two groups overall efficacy of treatment group,12 were cured,15 markedly effective,5 cases were effective.The failure of2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.1%,control group 7 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective 15 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 90.9%,P < 0.05,with statistical significance two,clarify the overall efficacy oftreatment group is superior to the control group,the experimental group treatment achieved good effect and the response,it is worthy of promotion and use.Conclusion: 1.acupuncture treatment has obvious curative effect of exercise therapy on liver and kidney deficiency type of heel pain.2.through this study proved that acupuncture combined with exercise therapy for treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type of heel pain is superior to conventional acupuncture,and the method is novel and unique,safe,no side effect,is a green full of new thinking methods,conducive to the patient’s admission,the therapy should be utilized and developed in practice,for the benefit of patients.
