Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Warming Spleen Decoction On Alzheimer’s Disease Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Syndrome

Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Warming Spleen Decoction in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease of Spleen and Kidney Yang SyndromeMethods 60 cases of Alzheimer’s disease of Spleen and Kidney Yang Syndromewere randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the group of integrated traditional and western medicine was given Warming Spleen Decoction union Donepezil hydrochloride tablet,30 cases in the group of western medicine was given Donepezil hydrochloride tablet,The treatment lasted for 3 months in both groups.MMSE,ADL,TCM symptom score and serum levels of inflammatory factors were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment.The occurrence of adverse effect were compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,MMSE score of 2 groups were increased significantly,ADL and TCM symptom score were decreased significantly;while serum levels of inflammatory factors decline significant,the integrated traditional and western medicine group were better than the western medicine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).On the clinical symptom effect,the integrated traditional and western medicine group were better than the western medicine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No obvious adverse effect was found in 2 groups.Conclusion Warming Spleen Decoction is effective in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease of Spleen and Kidney Yang Syndrome and the safety is good.
