Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is mediated by abnormal T-cell immune responses in genetic and environmental settings. The disease is a persistent and remittent course. The initial age at onset is mainly young adults, which has a great impact on the patient’s psychological and physical health. In recent years, research of psoriasis has focused on changes of Th17 cells and related factors. This paper presents a questionnaire and analysis of 100 cases of psoriasis vulgaris。The aims of the present study was to assess at the change level of cytokines, such as IL-17,IL-23,IL-22,IL-6 and ROR-γt of peripheral blood in 33 patients with psoriasis before and after treatment and before treatment and control group and its relevance to the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Objective:1)To investigate the demographics of psoriasis vulgaris,disease-related data and psoriasis inducing or exacerbating factors 。 To explore the characteristics and regularity of psoriasis vulgaris, for facilitating the epidemiological investigation and research of psoriasis in Jilin province.2)To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of cytokines IL-17,IL-23,IL-22,IL-6 and ROR-γt in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis and the PASI scores and the change of expression levels before and after treatment、before treatment and control group of psoriasis for possible role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods:1)100 cases of psoriasis vulgaris who were treated in the Department of Dermatology of the Second Hospital of Jilin University from January 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study. The basic personal data,disease-related data, and factors related to psoriasis induction and aggravation were collected. The survey was summarized as an EXCEL form and the data were statistically analyzed.2)Thirty-three psoriasis patients of these 100 patients were selected for PASI scores and serum analysis before and after treatment.Serum of 30 healthy adults was also collected as control. The expression levels of cytokines of psoriasis patients and healthy adults were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The levels of IL-17,IL-23,IL-22,IL-6,ROR-γt in blood of patients were respectively compared with healthy adults as well as before and after treatment using SPSS software. And to analysis the correlation between the expression levels of IL-17,IL-23,IL-22,IL-6 and ROR-γt in peripheral blood and PASI score.Results:1)Of the 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris,56 cases were males, accounting for 56%;44 were females, accounting for 44%;the sex ratio of males and females was 1.273:1.The young group included(15-35 years old)39 cases, accounting for 39%,including 19 males and 20 females;42 middle-aged patients(36-60 years),accounting for 42%,including 26 male patients and 16 female cases. The population with high incidence of psoriasis was mainly farmers, accounting for 19%,followed by workers and retirees 12%.100 patients with psoriasis accounted for The highest education qualification of patients was junior high school education accounting for 37%.There are 50 patients had senior high or above education, accounting for 50%.The initial incidence of psoriasis vulgaris cases in 100 patients were 18,accounting for 18%;and relapsed patients were 82,accounting for 82%.The shortest course of disease was 7 days, the longest duration was 55 years, and the average disease duration was 11.10 years. There were 31 cases whose medical history was within 1 year. The initial site of psoriasis: scalp including 26 cases, body parts including 17 cases, and elbows including 12 cases. The symptoms of skin lesions were mainly pruritus.Among the 100 patients,41 cases considered that their skin lesions had no obvious relationship with the seasons, worsened in the autumn in 22 cases, and worsened in the winter in 18 people.Among the 100 patients, the highest incidence of concomitant disease washy pertension(7 cases),followed by type 2 diabetes(5 cases),and hyperlipidemia(4 cases).Among the 100 patients,26 cases had no obvious incentive, accounting for 26%;possible predisposing factors were infection and psychogenic factors for the others.2)33 cases of psoriasis patients were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment comparing with healthy control group,as well as before and after treatment IL-17,IL-23,IL-22.There was no significant difference in the expression of IL-6 and ROR-γt in peripheral blood. The expression level of IL-22 was significantly correlated with the PASI score.Conclusions:1)Psoriasis vulgaris occurred in the young and middle-aged group, mainly occupational farmers, followed by workers and retirees, and the scalp was the most common site of onset, pruritus is the most common subjective symptom of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Symptoms exacerbated in the fall and winter.Patients with psoriasis vulgaris had a certain proportion of concomitant diseases and family history. The condition of psoriasis vulgaris is easy to relapse, and the proportion of newly diagnosed psoriasis is obviously lower than that of return visit.2)The expression levels of IL-17,IL-23,IL-22 in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris had a certain relationship with the pathogenesis of psoriasis. The treatment of psoriasis patients was effective. The levels of IL-17,IL-23,IL-22 in peripheral blood were significantly decreased after treatment.
