Objective:1.To investigate the status of anxiety, depression, sleep quality and readmission rate in patients with acute coronary syndrome.2.To explore the correlation between anxiety, depression, sleep quality and readmission rate in patients with acute coronary syndrome, provide theoretical basis for the treatment and psychological intervention of patients with acute coronary syndrome, and then take effective nursing measures to improve Prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Method:A total of 130 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to the Department of Cardiology of a top three hospital in Shandong Province from December 2017 to May 2018 were selected by means of convenient sampling. The self-designed general questionnaire, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to analyze the patient’s general demographic and clinical data, anxiety, depression, and sleep quality. The current situation was investigated. After half a year, the number of non-recommended re-admissions within six months was followed up by outpatient follow-up and telephone follow-up.The data was analyzed by SPSS21.0.Result:A total of 130 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, and 123 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 94.6%.The specific results are as follows:1.The minimum score of sleep score is 0,the maximum score is 17 points, the average score is(7.86±4.67)points,42 cases with good sleep quality, accounting for 34.15%,and 45 cases with good sleep quality, accounting for 36.59%,sleep.29 cases of general quality, accounting for 23.58%,7 cases of poor sleep quality accounted for 5.69%.2.The minimum score of SAS was 28 points, the maximum score was 81 points, the average score was(48.78 ± 9.48)points,68 cases were normal,41 cases were mild anxiety,9 cases were moderate anxiety, and 5 cases were severe anxiety.3.The minimum SDS score was 25 points, the maximum score was 82 points, the average score was(51.24 ± 12.55)points,73 cases were normal,27 cases were mild depression,17 cases were moderate depression, and 6 cases were severe depression.4.Analysis of the impact of general demographic data and clinical data on the number of hospital admissions. The results show that the number of admissions of rural patients is higher than that of urban patients. The number of admissions of unemployed and in-service people is higher than retired patients. The number ofhospital admissions with heart failure is higher than that of non-heart failure patients.5.The number of admissions was positively correlated with sleep quality,SDS score and SAS score.6.Multiple regression analysis showed that depression is an independent risk factor for the rate of readmission in patients with acute coronary syndrome, the variance was 32%.Conclusion:1.Sleep quality of patients with acute coronary syndrome was found to be in the middle and lower levels, anxiety patients accounted for 44.72%of the survey population, and depressed patients accounted for 40.65%of the survey population.2.There is a positive correlation between the quality of sleep, anxiety and depression in patients with acute coronary syndrome. The level of depression in patients with acute coronary syndrome can predict the rate of readmission.3.The level of anxiety and sleep quality in patients with acute coronary syndrome can signiticantly predict their level of depression.Measures to improve psychological stress and increase sleep quality can all improve depression.
