Experimental Study Of Zhongtong Lotion On Serum NO,PGE2, IL-10 And β-EP Of Anorectal Postoperative Pain Model Rats

Objective: To study the influence of ZhongTong Lotion on Nitric oxide(NO),Prostaglandin E2(PGE2),Interleukin-10(IL-10)and β-Endorphin(β-EP)in serum of anorectal postoperative pain model rats.Methods: Healthy SD rats 40,20 male and 20 female,were randomly divided into normal group,model group,normal saline group,Ma Ying Long Hemorrhoids Ointment group and ZhongTong Lotion group.Except the normal group,the rats in other groups were used to establish anorectal postoperative pain model.After successful modeling,in addition to the normal group and model group,other groups were given proper treatment.After establish the pain model and the third day of treatment,serum NO,PGE2,IL-10 and β-EP content changes were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results: PGE2,NO levels of the normal group was significantly increased compared with other groups on the first day and the third day(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between the model group and the normal saline group(P>0.05).PGE2,NO levels of Ma Ying Long Hemorrhoids Ointment group and ZhongTong Lotion group were significantly decreased compared with model group(P<0.05),statistically significant difference.The level of ZhongTong Lotion group is slightly lower than the Ma Ying Long Hemorrhoids Ointment group(P>0.05),but no statistical difference;β-EP levels of the normal group was significantly increased compared with other groups(P < 0.05),statistically significant difference.IL-10 and β-EP levels of Ma Ying Long Hemorrhoids Ointment group and ZhongTong Lotion group were significantly increased compared with model group(P<0.05),statistics had significant difference.The IL-10 level of ZhongTong Lotion group is slightly higher than the Ma Ying Long Hemorrhoids Ointment group,with significant difference in Statistics(P < 0.05).Conclusion: ZhongTong Lotion can significantly improve anorectal postoperative mice pain,reduce the anus postoperative pain model’s serum PGE2,NO levels and elevate IL-10,β-EP levels so as to relieve pain.The test leads to farther research.
