Clinical Observation Of Tiaoying Yin In The Treatment Of Ascites Due To Liver Cirrhosis Caused By Blood Stasis And Water Stagnation

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Tiaoying Yin in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites caused by stagnation of blood stasis and water.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,such as etiological treatment,liver protection,diuresis,and timely correction of hypoproteinemia and electrolyte disorder.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of liver function,renal function,PTA,24 hour urine volume,abdominal circumference,body weight,spleen thickness,portal vein diameter,ascites score and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Reference to related curative effect SPSS 20.0 software was used to compare the curative effect between the observation group and the control group.Results: After 8 weeks,the clinical efficacy and safety of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis with ascites due to stagnation of blood stasis and water were observed.The results of the study are as follows:1.The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.In the aspect of TCM symptom integral,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups were improved to a certain extent,such as drum,rib pain,thirst and distension,and the improvement degree of symptoms in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,and the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In the total effective rate of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After 8 weeks of treatment,the values of ALT,AST and TBIL of liver function in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the value of ALB in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The renal function BUN,Scr of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,and the degree of decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).6.After 8 weeks of treatment,the coagulation function PTA of the two groups was improved,and the value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).7.In the aspect of abdominal B-scan,the ascites score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.However,there was no significant difference in spleen thickness and portal vein diameter before and after treatment(P >0.05).8.After 8 weeks treatment,the 24-hour urine volume,abdominal circumference and body weight of the two groups were improved,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The safety indexes of blood,urine,stool routine and ECG were not found abnormal in the two groups during treatment.The safety is good.Conclusion:1.Tiaoying Yin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the indexes of liver and kidney function,decrease the score of ascites and improve the clinical efficacy.2.Tiaoying Yin is safe and effective in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites with stagnation of blood stasis and water,and is convenient and cheap with no obvious toxic and side effects.
