The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression By Acupuncture And Chinese Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with chinese medicine on non obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:72 cases of non obese PCOS patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(the combination of acupuncture and medicine)and the control group(the daying-35 group).the treatment group was treated with Yishen Shugan Tiaoshen method combined with the traditional Chinese medicine Wuzi Xiaoyao Powder,while the control group was treated with Diane-35.both groups received one course of treatment in one month or one menstrual cycle for 3 consecutive courses of treatment.the changes of the clinical comprehensive curative effect,sex hormone,TCM syndrome score,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,and the maintenance of menstrual cycle and menstrual volume after 3 months’ follow-up were observed.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical comprehensive effect: after three months of treatment,the total effective percentage was 83.33% in the treatment group,and the total effective percentage was 66.67% in the control group.there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);it showed that the recent clinical comprehensive effect of the treatment group was no significant difference with the control group.(2)Comparison of sex hormone changes: after three months of treatment,T,LH,LH /FSH between the two groups was significative(P < 0.05).there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).it indicated that the two groups improved T,LH and LH / FSH,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in FSH both groups(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in FSH level after treatment in both groups(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in FSH level between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome points:it is significant that the two groups were compared with the group before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the TCM syndrome score;after 3 months of treatment,there was significant between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of menstrual cycle improvement:it is significant that the two groups were compared with the group before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups could improve the menstrual cycle.after 3 months of treatment,there was big difference between the two groups(P = 0.000 < 0.05),and the control group was significantly better than the treatment group in improving the distribution of menstrual cycle.the treatment group was no significant at the follow-up after 3 months and at the end of 3 months of treatment,(P = 0.783 > 0.05),indicating that the treatment group could maintain the effect of improving the menstrual cycle;the control group was significant at the follow-up after 3months and at the end of 3 months of treatment(P = 0.000 < 0.01),indicating that the control group long-term effect is not lasting.(5)Comparison of menstrual volume improvement: after 3 months of treatment and 3months of follow-up,the menstrual volume of the treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group could significantly improve the menstrual volume;after 3 months of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the menstrual volume of the control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).It show that the control group did not regulate menstrual volume significantly.Conclusion:The combination group of acupuncture and medicine has a good therapeutic effect on PCOS of non obesity type of kidney deficiency and liver depression,such as the improvement of T,LH,LH / FSH value is obvious but no significant difference with Diane-35;there was no significant difference in FSH between the two groups;the effect on TCM syndrome score and menstrual volume is better than Diane-35;the effect on moon the long-term improvement of the cycle is better than that of dyne-35.In a word,the combination of acupuncture and medicine,as a new therapy,has the characteristics of simple,safe,low cost,high efficiency,green and practical,which is worth further discussion and application in clinical practice.
