| Objective:To observe the advanced gastric cancer patient’s objective tumor effect(lesion size),laboratory test indicators(tumor markers),TCM syndrome scores,quality of life observations,Kamofsky score and safety indicators(blood routine,liver and kidney function,adverse reactions)and other aspects after treatment with Apatinib combined with Yiqi Jianpi Huayu Prescription,The advantages of Yiqi Jianpi Huayu Formula in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer were analyzed.Methods:Based on the criteria of incorporation and exclusion of TCM and modern medical diagnostic criteria and subjects,select 60 patients with complete biopsy and diagnosed with gastric cancer by cytology and histopathology.Inclusive criteria:Failed in second line treatment and above,got no progress or relapsed,age≥18,EOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group)score 0-2,estimated lifetime≥3mo,clinical stage is IV.Patients were divided into experimental group(30 cases of Jianpi Huayu prescription and Apatinib group)and control group(30 cases of Apatinib group).The size of lesions,tumor markers,TCM symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment should be recorded.Meanwhile,the data recorded should be analyzed by Spass 20.0 statistical software.Result:1.Comparisons of recent objective therapeutic effects:Compared with the control group,the treatment group was at a higher level in both ORR and DCR,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Comparison of serum tumor markers:After treatment,the serum CEA index in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups;there was no significant difference in serum CA-199 index between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).3.Comparisons of TCM syndromes integrals:In terms of efficiency,the control group was significantly lower than the treatment group,and the comparison results were(P<0.05),indicating that there was statistical significance between the two groups.4.Comparison of KPS score:Compared with before treatment,the treatment group had a significant improvement in the card score after treatment.The comparison between the two groups showed that(P<0.05),indicating that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.5.Comparison of quality of life:After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the symptom area.The overall health indicators of the treatment group have been significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Other indicators have no statistical significance.6.Comparison of ADRs and safety:Compared with the control group,after treatment,the incidence of hypertension,fatigue and other symptoms and ALT in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with only Apatinib,the treatment of Apatinib combined with Yiqi Jianpi Huayu prescription can significantly reduce discomfortable symptoms in clinical treatment,improve patient physical strength and quality of life.It means less ADRs and more safety during targeted therapy. |
