Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the practical efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,and to compare with acupuncture alone,to find a more effective treatment for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods: Eighty patients with clinically eligible inclusions with peripheral facial paralysis were randomized into two groups for clinical study.The treatment group mainly used acupuncture combined with massage treatment,while the control group mainly adopted a single acupuncture treatment.The overall course of treatment is no more than 90 days,and an average of 30 days is a course of treatment.The results are compared and the results are compared.Results: A total of 40 patients were treated with acupuncture combined with massage therapy.Among them,25 patients were cured,9 patients were markedly effective,4 patients were effective,and only 2 patients were ineffective.A total of 40 patients were treated with acupuncture.Among them,9 patients were cured,19 patients were treated effectively,7 patients were effective but not satisfactory,and only 5 patients had no curative effect.Conclusion: 1.Massage combined with acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis has a good clinical effect;2.The clinical effect of massage combined with acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis is better than simple acupuncture,the cure rate is significantly higher than the simple acupuncture group,clinical efficacy Certainly,it is worthy of clinical application,but its mechanism needs to be further explored.
