Clinical Study Of Xiaotan Decoction In The Treatment Of Asthma In Delaying Period(Asthma-phlegm Syndrome) In Children

Objective: Appling xiaotan decoction in the treatment of children with delayed bronchial asthma,and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of xiaotan decoction in delaying period of bronchial asthma in children.exploring the experience of famous doctors and provide clinical experience for the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods: 72 cases of outpatient children who met the asthma delay period(wheezing syndrome)were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 36 cases.Among them,the treatment group oral wheezing decoction decoction tablets,control group oral Suzi Decoction tablets.Both groups were 1 weeks for 1sessions,with a general treatment of 1-2 courses,half-year follow-up.Results: The treatment group recovered 15 cases,the effect of 14 cases,effective 5cases,ineffective 2 cases,the control group recovered 5 cases,the effect of 16 cases,effective 11 cases,ineffective 4 cases.The total effective rate of disease in children with treatment group was 97.22%,The control group always had an efficiency of 91.67,Better than the control group(p<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05)in improving the clinical symptoms of sputum and shortness of breath in children,and was superior to the control group(p<0.05)in reducing the number of cases.Conclusion: Asthma Decoction is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of asthma in delaying period(asthma-sputum syndrome)in children and No significant adverse reactions and side effects.
