| Objective: Through clinical research,to observe the therapeutic effect of awn needle penetration combined with DMS on piriformis muscle injury syndrome. Methods: This study selected outpatient and inpatient patients who met the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion of this disease from January 2018 to December 2018 in the rehabilitation department and spine department of the fourth clinical medical college of xinjiang medical university. The patients were divided into experimental group A(awn needle penetration + DMS+ routine rehabilitation),control group B(awn needle penetration + routine rehabilitation),and control group C(DMS+ routine rehabilitation)and numbered successively.SPSS22.0 software was used to generate random serial Numbers. The intervention time was two weeks, and the patients were evaluated before and after the intervention. The total number of patients finally included in this study was 64,including 21 in the experimental group A,22 in the control group B,and 21 in the control group C.After the completion of the original data collection,SPSS22.0 statistical software package was used to process the collected original data, and the subjective symptoms, clinical signs, daily activity limits and visual pain analogue score(VAS)scores of the three groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed.Result:1.Subjective symptoms, clinical signs, daily activities limitation and VAS in the lower back pain score, after treatment(P<0.01),there were differences;between the control group(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.2.The excellent and good rate of pain relief after treatment(P<0.05)was statistically significant, and the excellent rate of the test group was 90%.Conclusion: Awn needle penetration combined with DMS and conventional rehabilitation treatment of this disease in patients with improvement in subjective symptoms, clinical symptoms, daily activities limitations have differences, and at the same time to alleviate the subjective pain of patients with this disease. |
