Effect Of Tangshen Tongluo Recipe On Stage Ⅲ Diabetic Nephropathy With Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective: To observe the effect of Tangshen Tongluo Recipe on urinary microalbumin/creatinine in patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy.Methods:According to the method of random digital envelope,64 patients with diabetic nephropathy stage III who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,Each group had 32 casess.The control group was given Benazepril basic treatment,while the treatment group was given Tangshen Tongluo recipe orally on this basis.After 28 days of treatment,urinary microalbumin/creatinine,urinarymicroalbumin,cystatinC,beta-2microglobulin,creatinine,urea,uric acid,blood lipid and blood sugar were re-examined,and the patients were scored for TCM syndromes.Results: After 28 days of treatment,the symptoms of TCM in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference of urinary microalbumin/creatinine,microalbumin and beta-2 microglobulin before and after treatment was more significant in the treatment group(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in serum creatinine,urea,uric acid,cystatin C,blood sugar and triglyceride between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Tangshen Tongluo Recipe can reduce urinary microalbumin/creatinine,urinary microalbumin,and beta 2 microglobulin in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney qi deficiency,improve the clinical symptoms and delay the progress of the disease.
