Objective: to analyze and study the distribution of syndrome of reflux esophagitis and its correlation with gastroscopy,and provide the basis for the dialectical application of reflux esophagitis.Method: adopt the method of epidemiological statistics,to shandong province hospital 105 cases of reflux esophagitis patients,on the basis of the clinical data of reflux esophagitis,TCM syndrome type,element distribution and relevance to gastroscope as discussed.Results: 1.The proportion of males and females in the patients was 1.6:1,and the distribution of age was mainly between 36 and 55 years old.2.The duration of the disease is 1 month-6 months,followed by 1-5 years.3.The top five clinical symptoms were: anti-acid(79%),heartburn(70%),belching(46.7%),gastric distension(34.3%),and abdominal distension(24.1%).4.In the case of the disease,the most common in the stomach,followed by the spleen and liver.In pathogenicity syndrome,the gas inverse is dominant,followed by qi stagnation and heat.5.The proportion of TCM syndromes is from high to low,which is the syndrome of liver and stomach disconnection,liver and stomach heat syndrome,and the spleen and stomach syndrome.6.The majority of patients with grade I were classified under gastroscope.Esophageal mucosal hyperemia,edema,sporadic erosion or ulcer.Conclusion :1.RE has more male than female,with a high incidence of young and middle-aged patients,and most of the patients have short course of disease.2.The main symptoms are anti-acid and heartburn.3.RE disease is in the spleen and stomach and is closely related to liver.4.RE TCM syndrome is mainly based on liver and stomach disharmony syndrome.5.Most patients have mild esophageal mucosal injury.
