Objective:1.discuss the relationship between pathogen stasis-heart and reflux esophagitis by research on clinic and articles of ancient and modern times.2.analysed retrospectively the characteristics and endoscopic results of stasis-heat syndrome of reflux esophagitis.Method:collect 82 cases form Jangsu provincial hospital of Chinese medicine during the years form Jan.2010-Jan,2011, summarize the clinical characterisitics and endoscopic results, divide these cases into three groups:heat group, stasis group, stasis-heat group. In this dissertation we compare the clinical characteristics and endoscopic results between heat group and stasis group.Result:1.in the study the male to female ratio is 1.49 to 1; the morbidity in male patients is higher than that in female patients, and the morbidity in senior patients is higher than other age scales with long duration. The major induced factors are emotional disorder, inappropriate diet. The endoscopic result shows that most are A grade, usually accompanied with other complications which are H.pylori. Infection, mucosal erosion, hyperplasia, atrophy, bile reflux and peptic ulcer successively.2. The average age of stasis group is older than that of the heat group, patients of stasis group are mainly seniors, whose course of disease is longer, endoscopic result is severer;patients in heat' group have more complications such as erosive mucosa and bile reflux. There is no statistic difference in gender, H.pylori infection, ulcer, mucosal hyperplasia and atrophy, conclusion:stasis and heat are very important pathogen in the onset and development of reflux esophagitis; stasis and heat are relavent to the clinical characteristics and endoscopic results respectively, the combination of syndrome differentiation and endoscopic results can provide a better instruction and accuracy on clinic.
