Observation On The Clinical Observation Of Pricking Blood Therapy In Treating Pharyngal Cough Based On Salivary SIgA Immune Defense Function

Objective: To observe the clinical observation of pricking blood therapy in treating pharyngal cough based on salivary SIg A immune defense function,and to explore its immune mechanism.To provide the basis for the treatment of pharyngal cough by using the method of applying the blood of Pricking Blood Therapy.Methods: Sixty patients who met the conditions were divided into two groups: 30 cases in each group.The patients in Kaihuang pricking blood group(treatment group)and Suhuangzhike capsule group(control group)were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment group was given clinical observation of pricking blood therapy,7 days line 1 treatment,3 times for a course of treatment.The control group was given Suhuangzhike capsule treatment,3 times a day,3 capsules each time,the course of treatment was 21 days.Observe and record the clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,as well as saliva SIg A,and record adverse reactions.Results: After statistical analysis,both the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of pharyngal cough,and the saliva SIg A was higher than that in the two groups before treatment,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The salivary SIg A difference and the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the treatment group after treatment,the totalscore of symptoms and signs and each factor score were lower than before treatment,P < 0.05,The difference was statistically significant;treatment group and control group before and after treatment of symptom and sign score difference between groups,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and in tonsils,pharyngeal lymphoid follicles,pharyngeal mucosa,Pharyngeal side of the throat and hairiness in the throat,the treatment group obvious advantages,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions: The Clinical Observation of Pricking Blood Therapy can quickly significantly alleviate or eliminate symptoms of pharyngal cough,throat origin in alleviating symptoms at the same time can improve the level of saliva SIg A,improve the patients’ immunity,the method in treatment of laryngeal source cough is safe and effective.
