Objective:By the method of questionnaire,the domestic vocational colleges of professional acupuncture skill rehabilitation treatment technology and the course content and the relationship between the rehabilitation therapeutics,the courses in this afiects the students employment prospects of the major study,so as to better develop rehabilitation techniques provide a scientific basis for professional talent training scheme.Method:From the perspective of modern vocational education system,to the lifelong education idea,target,course model,system theory as the theoretical support,systematic methodology as the main research tool,combined with the application of literature metrology,survey research methods,such as using "ask questions-literature research-clear objectives-theoretical analysis questionnaire-attribution analysis-summary-countermeasure research reflection" of the research methods.To complete the investigation and study,reference a large number of domestic and foreign literature,at the same time,through the way of questionnaire,investigation and research in higher vocational colleges by both 50 rehabilitation technology professional teaching plan and acupuncture skills courses;Questionnaire survey in higher vocational colleges professional teachers and 20 hospitals,medical units of rehabilitation therapists and rehabilitation work in specialized course teaching for the need of talent demand and rehabilitation acupuncture's skill and knowledge,at the same time,through the questionnaire survey form to understand the professional graduate students the practical skills courses of acupuncture and the necessity and the employment influence opinions and ideas.Result:1.Vocational rehabilitation technology professional courses in acupuncture skills is very necessary,but colleges offer courses of traditional Chinese medicine especially acupuncture skills course professor in the name of the course,content,requirement,total class,course semester has obvious difference;There is no basis for the selection of teaching content and the allocation of teaching hours.2.Professional teachers and rehabilitation therapists need different knowledge of acupuncture and moxibustion skills,but the need for the same knowledge point is most consistent.So professional talent training scheme design to embody professional applicability and practicality,setting up reasonable curriculum standard teaching is particularly important,only in this way can effectively improve the teaching quality,cultivate a high-quality technical skilled talents.3.China's rehabilitation is in the rapid development stage,there is still a high demand for rehabilitation talents.In traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation become the characteristic and the inevitable trend of recovery,under the influence of rehabilitation treatment technology professional students with the skill of the corresponding acupuncture can significantly increase its competitive advantage in the job.Therefore,the course of acupuncture and moxibustion skills offered by the rehabilitation technology major will have different effects on the employment of students.Conclusion:The acupuncture skill course is the occupational demand of professional teachers and rehabilitation therapists.So professional talent training scheme design to embody professional applicability and practicality,setting up reasonable curriculum standard teaching is particularly important,only in this way can effectively improve the teaching quality,cultivate a high-quality technical skilled talents.
