Clinial Study On Treating Of Swelling And Pain After Total Hip Athroplasty With Danshen Huo Xue Decoction And Acupuncture Treatment

Objective: To explore the safety and effectiveness of Danshen Huoxue Decoction Combined with acupuncture on lower limb swelling and pain after total hip arthroplasty under the guidance of traditionoial Chinese medicine theory.Methods: The 60 patients who met the standard underwent the same surery and nursing.The routine nursing was the same after the operation.And the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),the treatment group had Danshen Huoxue Decoction Combined with acupuncture,control group had Celebrex and Aescuven forte,treatment time was first days after the operation for seven days.The circumferential diameter,VAS score,C reactive protein,preoperative and postoperative Harris scores were observed,and record the number of adverse reactions in the course of treatment.Results: 1.The comparison of the diameter of the thigh in the two groups with postoperative day 1,by t test(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in comparison.Treatment group and control group is compared in Patients of leg swelling at postoperative day 3、day7,by t test(P<0.05),there was statistical significance.2.The resting pain VAS scores of two groups were compared in the postoperative day 1,by t test(P>0.05)and was not statistically significant.they were compared in resting pain VAS score in 3th,7th day postoperatively,there was not statistically significant(p<0.05).3.the two groups of activite pain VAS score in the postoperative day 1 were compared with t teat,there was not statistically significant(p>0.05).postoperative3 th,5th,and 7th day between the two groups,the VAS score has statistically difference(p<0.05)4.the two groups of C-reactive protein in the postoperative day 1 were compared witht teat,there was not statistically significant(p>0.05).postoperative3 th,5th,and 7th day between the two groups,the VAS score has statistically difference(p<0.05)5.The total flowt rate of the two groups after operation was compared by t test,there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).6.In the two groups,the Harris scores were compared in the postoperative day 1,by t test(P > 0.05),there was not statistically significant.but there were compared in the postoperative day 1,by t test(P > 0.05),there was not statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Danshen Huoxue Decoction Combined with acupuncture treatment group and oral Celebrex,Aescuven control group have remarkable curative effect in the treatment of limb swelling and pain after total hip arthroplasty.2.Danshen Decoction Combined with acupuncture in the treatment of pain and swelling after total hip arthroplasty is better than oral Celebrex,Aescuven forte.3.The application of Danshen Huoxue Decoction Combined with acupuncture does not increase the risk of bleeding and has less adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective method.
