Analysis Of Professor Cao Zhiqun’s Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

objectives: The purpose of this study is to summarize the prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine which Professor Cao Zhiqun commonly used in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,including commonly used drugs,drug categories,their properties and tastes and commonly used drug combinations,to explore the indication of drug use and prescription regularities,to provide some diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: Collecting the out-patient clinic medical record which Professor Cao Zhiqun prescribed from 2010 to 2017,a total of 88 patients and 221 prescriptions were extracted by screening.The frequency of commonly used drugs,drug categories and the properties and tastes of commonly used drugs were measured by WPS form.The association between drugs was analied and mined by IBM SPSS Modeler.Results: 182 Chinese herbs were usedin the 221 prescriptions,with a frequency of 3327 times in total.Among them,there are 30 chinese medicines which frequency of using are ≥30,of which the top 12 were Amomum villosum,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Codonopsis,Pinellia,Atractylodes,Astragalus,Citrus aurantium,Endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,Cyperus rotundus,Hawthorn,medicated leaven,malt;Analying the drug categories,the commonly used drugs categories are tonic medicine,qi medicine,digestion medicine,blood circulation medicine,heat-clearing medicine and dampness medicine;Counting the properties and tastes of the the top 30 drugs,there are more warm medicine,mild medicine and more spicy medicine and bitter medicine.According to the analysis of association rules,after adjusting the minimum support and the minimum confidence,there are 20 combinations of two drugs,25 combinations of three drugs,22 combinations of four drugs and 8 combinations of five drugs.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the prescription of Professor Cao Zhiqun in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,we conclude that the treatment mainly consists of invigorating the spleen and invigorating the spleen,removing dampness and resolving phlegm,and paying attention to the compatibility of heat-clearing drugs to detoxify and remove the foul,whose treatment effect were outstanding and has a high value and was worth promoting for clinical guidance.
