Clinical Observation Of The Method Of Blood-pricking In Treating Retinal Vein Occlusion Macular Edema Cupping

Objective: according to the pathogenesis of retinal vein occlusion associated with macular edema,Chinese medicine meridian as the basis for the five round and the theory of pricking blood plus traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of venous obstruction in patients with macular edema to explore the clinical observation and mechanism,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: selected 90 cases of venous obstruction leads to the inclusion criteria for patients with macular edema were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 45 cases of 45 eyes with spleen by bloodletting therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group of45 cases 45 eyes with traditional Chinese medicine injection with triamcinolone acetonide,treatment for 1-3 courses,in the treatment of after first,third courses of treatment were recorded visual acuity,fundus hemorrhage,macular edema,the degree of absorption of Amsler deformation area of each group by laser and anti-VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)after the treatment of recurrent and primary patients were evaluated before and after treatment,the treatment,comparison between groups,clinical evaluation.Results: clinical observation group 45 cases,45 eyes,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 84.4%,the control group is 45 cases,45 eyes,the total effective rate is 75.6%,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: the bloodletting combined with Chinese medicine for the treatment of macular edema in retinal vein occlusion were injected Cu Annay Pedja traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of long-term treatment effect is better than that of the ball,can significantly improve the visual acuity,significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,has good clinical value.
