Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency And Dampness Ulcerative Colitis By Taking Wenyang Qushi Decoction Clystering And Umbilical Therapy

Objective: To study the clinical therapy that taking wenyang qushi decoction orally,enema and umbilical therapy treat yang deficiency with dampness ulcerative colitis.Method: 60 cases of ulcerative colitis of Yang deficiency and damp type were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(30 cases in each).The experimental group was treated by taking wenyang qushi decoction orally,enema,umbilical therapy combined with taking mesalazine,and the control group was given wenyang qushi decoction combined with peroral mesalazine for continuous treatment of 3 courses(10 days in each).Then observe the situation of pretherapy and post-treatment,such as comprehensive clinical efficacy,main symptom curative effect,the change of mucosal under colonoscopy and so on.Analyze and compare the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups.Result:After the analysis by comparing two groups,the both obtained satisfactory results in the comprehensive clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome,the main symptoms,endoscopic mucosal changes etc,and the experimental groups was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of abdominal pain symptoms and endoscopic improvement.Conclusion: wenyang qushi decoction orally,enema,umbilical therapy had a clinical significant effect in the treatment of ulcerously colitis of yang deficiency and dampness,and there are non-toxic side effects,high safety coefficient and low recurrence rate.It can be used in clinic.
