The Clinical Observation Of Treating Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Elderly Primary Hypertension By Zi Shui Qing Gan Yin With Levaml Odipine Besylate Tablets

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of the treatment of the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency of the liver and kidneyMethod:A total of 78 cases of elderly patients with Yin deficiency of the liver and kidney were selected from February 2014 to December 2014 in liaocheng people’ s hospital.All patients were satisfied with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of western medicine in elderly patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency.The patients who were included in the study were divided into a control group and a treatment group of 39 patients by randomized grouping.The two groups of patients were treated with levo-amlodipine tablets based on the basic antihypertensive therapy;The treatment group was treated with Chinese traditional Chinese medicine.The study period was 4 sessions,7 days per course of treatment.The clinical symptoms,blood pressure,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients before and after treatment were recorded in the course of the study,and the results were analyzed and analyzed using modern statistical software.Results:(1)in the evaluation of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.31%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 76.92%,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure changes(P BBB 0 0.05),so it was comparable.The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(3)in terms of TCM symptom score,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in data comparison between the groups above,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)on the impact on clinical assay index,the treatment group patients with fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,serum triglycerides than the control group decreased(P<0.05),and compared with before treatment,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)in adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.13%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 23.08%,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclus ion:The clinical effect of zonoclopanine combined with levorosan chloride on the clinical efficacy of patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency elderly primary hypertension,it can significantly reduce the blood pressure level and improve the clinical symptoms.Zi shui qing gan yin for liver and kidney Yin deficiency type senile hypertension patients of fasting glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride level also have improved,and reduced side effects,worthy of further clinical research and extension.
