| Objective:To explore the etiology and pathology of perimenopause syndrome and the rapeutic effect of menopausal syndrome with TCM,we chosed Modified Zi Shui Qing Gan Yin to treat patients according to the pathologic feature of kidney deficiency and. liver depression, and to explore an effective, easy to promote in the clinical side of the group in order to promote the Chinese medicine development, development of new types of agents, and Chinese medicine perimenopausal syndrome prevention and control provide a more broad prospects.Method:In this study, the 56 cases of perimenopausal syndrome caused by kidney deficiency and liver depression were treated with Modified Zi Shui Qing Gan Yin.56 cases were studied before and after treatment. To judge the efficacy via the integral value both before and after treatment which is based on clinical observation and improved Kupperman sheets unified score; the same time, patient age, duration and illness related to drug efficacy were analyzed statistically.Results:After two month follow up, the cure rate is 14.29%(8 cases), markedly improvement rate is 26.79%(15 cases), improvement rate is 50.00%(28 cases).and ineffective rate is 8.92%(5 cases), the total effective rate was 91.07%. This formula has obvious therapeutic effect for improving tidal fever and sweating, irritability, melancholy, insomnia and distending pain of the chest and hypochondria, as well as other common climacteric symptoms of perimenopause syndrome, around the treatment has the significance difference (P<0.01); Along with the treatment course extension, the treatment result is better; The course of an illness does not have the influence to the curative effect (P>0.05); The condition degree is influential to the medicine curative effect (P<0.01);And in the course, no obvious side effects. Conclusion:The results support the theory of TCM that Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopause syndrome is both effective and safe. |
