prescription selection for common diseases,and to understand the academic thought of "Xing Yang Wen Yun Method" of the school.Inheriting the experience of famous experts to guide clinical practice.Methods:Collect cases related to the application of cassia twig in follow-up and systemically organize: general information includes the name,gender,age,etc.;Symptoms of TCM include TCM diagnosis,symptoms,tongue and pulse.The contents of Western medicine include Western medicine diagnosis,Western medicine system and examination report;The treatment methods include single prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,combined prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Epidata 3.1 was used for double data entry,and SPSS23.0 was used for data processing and analysis.The distribution of qualitative variables was represented by frequency and frequency,and the distribution of quantitative variables was represented by mean ± standard deviation.Results:1.General: Acrossing the 400 cases,127 are men,273 are women,The ratio of men to women is 1:2.15;Average age is 53.2 ± 16.85 years,The minimum age is 16,The maximum age is 88,40～50 years old,Next to 50～60 and 60～70,The total proportion of these three age groups is 57.8%,Aged 40～70 years old are the main group using cassia twig.2.Tongue pulse: tongue dark tongue > red tongue > light red tongue,Dark tongue appears most,The frequency is 37.Single and complex veins recorded,Among them,the main veins(60.2%),Including sinking string,sinking number,sinking fine,sinking string3.fine,sinking fine number,sinking fine weak;The chord vein followed(19.7%),Including string slip,string sink,string fine,string fine number;The thin vein(8.5%)and the number pulse(2%)are typical deficiency syndrome 16.36%,Including breast cancer,cervical cancer.4.Prescription :400 cases of medical cases contain cassia twig prescription mainly by prescription,Including Shenqi decoction,Wuling Powder,Weiling decoction,Yinchen Wuling Powder,Guizhi plus Gegen decoction,Gegen decoction,Linggui Shugan decoction,Guizhi decoction,Wumei decoction,small Azure Dragon decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction,Chaihu Guizhi decoction,Wenjing decoction,Zhigancao decoction,Buyang Huanwu decoction,Yangrong decoction,Zhi Shi Bai Guizhi decoction,Danggui Sini decoction,Xiaoyao Guizhi Guizhi,Guizhi decoction and other 20 prescriptions.Among them,the use of Wenshen Lishui Shenqi decoction 146 cases,Wuling Powder 61 cases.Of the 400 cases,224 were treated with Guizhi,56%,The combined group was 176 cases,44 per decoction,Lingguizhu Gan decoction,Fuzi decoction,Fuzi Zhenwu decoction,Shenqi decoction,Xiao Fuzi decoction,Zhenwu decoction,Zhu Ling decoction,Yangrong decoction,Baoyuan decoction and Huangqi Wuwu decoction;There were 50 cases in the combined prescription group of Shenqi Decoction,Including Ling Gui Shu Gan Tang,Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,children Yigong San,Yifei ointment,Wuling San,Yangrong decoction,Buzhong Yiqi decoction,Huwei Powder,Yangrong ointment,Xiaoyao Powder plus Guizhi,Chaihu Lizhong decoction,Xiaoyao Powder,Xiaoyao Pill,Xiao Chengqi decoction and Zhi Shi Zhi Shi Baizhi decoction.Conclusion:1.The middle-aged and elderly aged 40-70 years old are the main groups using cassia twood.The frequency of using cassia twood is high due to the decline of physiological function,gradual decline of Yang Qi,weakened immune function,and suffering from basic diseases.Symptoms appear an opaque tongue,heavy vein use cassia twiggy more.2.The treatment of diseases by the combination prescription of cinnamon twiggy is widely distributed in the western medicine system,with the nervous system,urinary system,endocrine system,respiratory system,circulatory system and gynecological diseases in the majority.3.The combination of cassia twig-aconite rhizome is composed of Shenqi decoction;the combination of cassia twig-poring is composed of Wuling San and Linggui Zhugan decoction;the combination of cassia twig-peony is composed of Guizhi decoction and Guishao Zhimu decoction;the combination of cassia twig-azhishi and Allium macrostemon is composed of Zhishi Baistemon decoction;The combination of cassia twig-Achyranthes bidentata and peony bark forms the menshi yangrong soup.4.Shenqi Decoction,Wuling San,Menshi Yangrong Decoction,Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction were the most frequently used prescriptions for the combination of Guizhi and Guizhi.Shenqi decoction and Wuling San combined prescription group were used more.5.Guizhi combination prescription is used to treat edema,insomnia,thirst relief,chest paralysis,irregular menstruation and other diseases.
