Objectives:Objective To understand the training needs of new nurses for updating the guidelines of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and to explore the effect of applying the Massive Open Online Course(MOOC)model in the training practice of new nurses with CPR guidelines,so as to provide scientific basis for the innovation of the training model of new guidelines in the new curriculum era. Methods:Using the questionnaire method,156 new nurses from a provincial hospital in Changsha City in 2017 were selected as research subjects, and questionnaires were issued to understand the training needs of new nurses for the update of the guides;the course content was designed according to the survey results.Randomized controlled experimental study, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 78 people, the control group applied the traditional classroom mode for CPR new guide theory training, the experimental group applied the MOOC mode for theoretical training, analysis and comparison of two groups of new nurses Whether the difference between the theoretical performance and the one-time pass rate of the operation assessment, the training-related time, and the training satisfaction before, immediately after the training, and after the training is statistically significant. The measurement tools are self-made questionnaires, theoretical examination papers, and operational evaluation standards. Each scale is reviewed by 5 clinical emergency medical and nursing experts. The content validity index of the scale is 1,and the score is tested by 20 small samples. The reliability, cronbach’s^a coefficient is greater than 0.7.This study used SpSS23.0 software for statistical analysis. The measurement data were described by±s.The comparison of the two samples was performed by t test. The count data were expressed by rate or percentage. The comparison between groups was performed by χ2 test.Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare two independent samples;p≤0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of gender, age, education level, working years, number of rotation departments, and time from home to hospital. There was comparability(p≤0.05).2.64%of new nurses think it is necessary to carry out CPR knowledge training,19%of new nurses think it is necessary to carry out CPR training;42%of new nurses choose MOOC mode training;the main reason for new nurses to think that they have not mastered CPR new guidelines is not enough time for study(41%),boring classroom(26%).3.After the training, the experimental group’s immediate theoretical score was 94,85±5.12,which was higher than the control group’s 91.36±6.21,p≤0.001,the difference was statistically significant;the one-time pass rate of immediate operation assessment was 90.8%,low.In the control group,92.1%,p=0.77(p≤0.05),the difference was not statistically significant. After 6 months of training, the experimental group performance evaluation score was 80.39±3.24,which was higher than the control group of 73.181±3.27(p≤0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the one-time pass rate of operation assessment was 60.5%,which was higher than that of the control group by 30.3%,p≤0.001,and the difference was statistically significant.4.The average time spent in the experimental group was 13.4±10.6 minutes;less than 45.6±19.2 minutes in the control group,p≤0.001,the difference was statistically significant.5.The satisfaction of the experimental group on the training was 94.8%(very satisfied with 73.7%,satisfactory 21.1%),which was higher than the control group’s satisfaction rate of 64.4%(very satisfied with 27.6%,satisfactory 36.8%)(p≤0.001).Academic significance;84.2%satisfaction of the current training model(very satisfied 43.4%,satisfaction 40.8%),higher than the control group satisfaction 46.1%(very satisfied with 15.8%,satisfactory 30.3%)(p≤0.001),the difference is statistically significant significance.Conclusions:1.The new nurses have a low level of mastery of the new CPR guidelines, and it is necessary to conduct new CPR training before taking up their posts;2.The MOOC mode is more effective than the traditional model to improve the training effect of the new nurse CPR new guide;the new guide training should be re-consolidated after six months, and the MOOC mode reduces the forgetting and attenuation caused by the knowledge over time.Conducive to maintaining a stable grasp of knowledge points;3.The MOOC mode is welcomed by new nurses because of its unique advantages such as saving time and cost, stimulating learning interest, and being able to obtain training resources at any time.It is worth promoting.
