A Statistical Index System For Hospitals Operating Oriented To Business Intelligence System

【 objective 】 Refer to Tongji hospital HRP system construction practice achievement,and HRP system research analysis of requirement,and the problems existing in the actual construction,explore the hospital management pattern based on business intelligence.On the one hand,in order to achieve the hospital management we put forward a kind of system design solution,based on the business intelligence,on the other hand,lay the foundation of the system,and refer to the index systems from many countries and organizations,then put forward the evaluation index system of hospital management,and analyze these indicators,prepare for the realization of the system,and also provide some kind of reference and selection about the operation and management of related statistical indicators for other domestic hospitals.【 method 】 This article uses the literature research method,and business intelligence status at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively,conduct interviews and consultations with relevant managers of tongji hospital,in order to realize the purpose of hospital management,the system architecture based on business intelligence is designed,and briefly explain the framework and technology of the system structure,then according to the function modules of the system establish an index system of the hospital management.【 results 】(1)Designed the technical architecture of business intelligence system,business intelligence from the technology can be divided into four levels: data source layer,storage layer,analysis layer and display layer,and illustrates the key technologies involved in each level;(2)The overall framework structure and function modules of business intelligence was designed,the function modules of business intelligence in generally can be divided into four parts: technical support layer,data layer,monitoring layer and strategic management layer,the technical support layer and the data layer are the foundation of the system,it is the basis of system monitoring activities and auxiliary strategic management;(3)Based on the design ofthe monitoring module and the strategic management module,combining the result of Tongji hospital management,the system of statistical index of hospital management was designed,the system contains five types of indicators index system,respectively is: the medical service efficiency index system,the medical service quality index system,index system of health resources,the economic benefit index system and index system of strategic management,in the system,the relevant first and secondary indexes are included and the corresponding instructions are made.【 conclusion 】(1)the business intelligence system is applied to hospital management,in order to realize the hospital decision support for the purpose of the management,from a technical point and business intelligence system was put forward from the Angle of the overall design ideas;(2)On the basis of system design,based on business intelligence system designed a statistical index system for the evaluation of hospital operation and management level,and will further expand the scope of index,to make it as far as possible involved in hospital management in manpower,financial resources,material equipment,medical quality and medical work efficiency.The index system is put forward for hospital management and the system designer to provide a reference.
