| This thesis investigated the current medical industry situations and analyzed all past research results systematically, and concluded that hospital management business as an independent industry began in recent ten years, and most of the relative research focused on the fields of self-management of hospital management and the effects on medical industry. However, the study of business model and competitive strategy of hospital management companies is deficient. In fact, the tendency that hospital management inclines to profession will inflect the development of medical industry greatly. Therefore, the study on the business model or competitive strategy of hospital management companies is very important on basis of both theoretical and practical views.Firstly, this thesis investigated the current medical industry situations and analyzed the industrial characteristics, market factors and development tendency, and studied the backgrounds, development process, business scope and future tendency of hospital management companies systematically. And then, this thesis compared and contrasted some local hospital management companies with famous foreign hospital management companies, such as HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) and Wanjie Hospital Group (China) so as to seek the same characteristics. According to the relative theories of strategy management, dynamic competitive strategy, competitive advantage & marketing, this thesis analyzed the marketing position, the competitive advantage and the dynamic competition based on two sides of competition. After having studied the adopting business model of dynamic variety processing of hospital management companies, analyzed the current competition which is to seek double-winning & cooperation rather than Michael Porter's competition, this thesis gave the path to establish business model or competitive strategy.In the fourth chapter, based on the above theory structure, this thesis deeply studied the case business model of the CP company, illustrated in multi-angels such as profit model, development model, business growth model, including the variety process of different dynamic phases, competition strategy of the main body and earning resource, and give the suggestion to the suitable conditions of business model and need to prevent from these potential risks and made some meaningful suggestions, which have good guides to the development of our hospital management industry.1. A hospital management company necessarily links and interacts with hospitals on the relationship sales and value chain sides in order to seek its business spaces and development chances. Aiming to win-win, the company must integrate its dominant resources and optimize its values base on the hospital value chains. Meanwhile, the demand from the hospital side is met. It is a interactive process with hospital, which may help to achieve enhancement on mutual understanding and deep value links. Consequently, the hospitals are firmly locked concerning the relationship sales.2. In the development of hospital management company, if the necessary resources for hospitals are deficient and not able to be acquired shortly, competitive cooperation may be considered. Cooperation in competition as well as competition in cooperation, this is to seek mutual development. |
