Clinical Study Of Fire Needle Combined With Baibo Tincture In The Treatment Of The Stability Undetermined Type Vitiligo (Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective:By using randomized trial to observe the clinical curative effect of the fire needle combined with white baibo tincture in the treatment of the stability undetermined type vitiligo(deficiency of liver and kidney).Methods:There were 60 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups,as the basic treatment,both be given vitiligo decoction.30 cases in the treatment group were given fire needle combined with baibo tincture;30 cases of comparison group were taken with halometasone cream,the two groups were 3 months for 1 courses,after the 1 course of treatment,evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Changes in the lesion area before and after treatment between the two groups,the statistical analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups to judge the curative effect.The above results were analyzed using SPSS22.0statistical software.Results:1.The baseline of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group and the distribution was balanced.There was no statistical difference,and the results were comparable(P>0.05).2.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect,there was no significant difference in total effective rate between treatment group and comparison group(P>0.05),but the superiority and efficiency of treatment group was better than that of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group in the 4th week was statistically significant(P<0.01).It is suggested that the test group has a faster onset of effect than the control.4.The experimental group had significant statistical differences in the efficacy of different course of disease and different lesion area size(P<0.01).After the needle acupuncture treatment,there was an immediatereaction of erythema,tingling,and burning.There was no other discomfort.No serious adverse reactions such as infections,scars,and isomorphic reactions occurred during the test.Conclusion:1.Fire needle combined with baibo tincture and Halometasone Cream treatment of the stability undetermined type vitiligo(deficiency of liver and kidney)has good curative effect.2.Fire needle combined with baibo tincture in the treatment of the stability undetermined type vitiligo(deficiency of liver and kidney)in the onset time is significant effect of halometasone cream.3.Fire needle combined with baibo tincture efficacy in treatment of the stability undetermined type vitiligo(deficiency of liver and kidney)is significantly,safe and controllable,low cost,simple operation,less adverse reaction and good compliance of patients,is a good alternative to the adverse reaction of hormone.
