As the development of virtual-reality(VR),it has been used in healthcare area more and more often.Since Virtual-Reality provides a new and totally different way of man-machine interaction,and for its speciality that it makes virtual environment presented in a true way ignoring how the real enviroment is,those make virtual-reality show large application potential and a bright future.As the number of paralytic and aging of population increased,lower limb rehabilitation training carried at rehabilitation department cannot meet the requirements of more and more lower limb disordered people,a virtual-reality training system for walking rehabilitation is designed and implemented to help those patients conduct walking rehabilitation training even at home.Virtual-reality training system for walking rehabilitation is developed in Unity 3D,which can be published to a mobile device running with a walker as assistance which can tell the velocity and direction.According to the software engineering methods,first,requirement analysis is made for the system taking the knowledge of heathcare into consideration and abstract out the structure of the system.Then divide the system into key pretreatment modules and function modules to design the system.Key pretreatment modules include Immersive virtual-reality module and system-walker communication module,and function modules are made up of walking ability assessment module,walking ability training module and data processing module,and detailed design of the system is made for those modules which includes design of user interface,interface,business logic and data read and write.At last,use Unity 3D to build the training scene and show the scene in virtual-reality mode.Use C# to develop the system in Unity 3D which includes three main functions,that is assessing the walking ability,training the walking ability and quering the training history.Use UGUI framework to make the user interface and use text flow to impletement the read and write of data.The system is creative and practical because it has no requirements for real environment with the help of virtual-reality to show the virtual training scene in a true way.The system is also scientific because it is designed based on heathcare knowledge.And as the raw data of user’s training is collected and saved,the system is finally valuable in research since data is valuable.
