The Study Of The Therapeution Effects Of Embedding In Back-shu Point On Simple Obesity Of Spleen Deficiency

ObjectiveIn this study,66 obese patients with splenic deficiency syndrome were divided into two groups.Tht treatment group was treated with embedding in Back-Shu acupoint while the control group be treated in common acupoints.By observing and comparing the various obesity-related indicators before and after treatment and the degree of splenic-deficiency symptoms of two groups,it can be able to investigate the back-Shu acupoint treatment of obesity,to look after the optimal acupoints for obese patients with spleen-deficiency syndrome.Furthermore,also provide some reference comments for selecting points in the clinic work.MethodOn the base of inclusion and the exclusion criterias.66 cases of simple obesity with spleen deficiency were taken into account by the voluntary principle in this study.In accordance with the order of treatment,the patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both the treament group and the control group were treated with embedding therapy,but the difference is that the treatment group take back-Shu points and the control group pick the common acupoints.The frequency of treatment is Once a week,10 times a session.At the end of 2 sessions,the clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the changes of various indicators and statistical analysis of the two groups.ResultBefore treatment,there was no difference between the two groups of patients in terms of age,sex and course of disease.After treatment,To sum up,The body weight,body mass index,body fat percentage,waist-hip ratio,spleen deficiency scores of both groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05),which indicated that both treatment groups had therapeutic effect on.simple obesity;There was no difference between the two groups in the improvement of body weight and body mass index(BMI);In terms of the improvement of body fat rate,waist-hip ratio and spleen deficiency,the difference was significant,which indicating that the Back-Shu piont group was more effective than the common acpiont group.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.97% percent.The total efficiency of the control group was90.91 %.The difference of total efficiency was significant(P < 0.05),it imply that the effect of the Back-Shu piont group of treating the obesity epidemic is more significant than that of the common acupoint group.Conclusion:Back-shu point embedding and commonly used acupoints catgut embedding on simple obesity with spleen deficiency.embedding treatment of obesity worthy of recognition.In the treatment of obesity indicators,the two groups have similar efficacy.However,in the improvement of spleen-deficiency symptoms,the Back-shu point embedding group was significantly better than the common acupoint group.
