Clinical Observation Of RPH Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In Treatment Of Internal Rectal Prolapse

Purpose: This essay is aimed to evaluate the effectiveness,safety and practicability of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids combined with xiaozhiling injection to cure internal rectal prolapse.Though the essay,it plays an important role in discussing the advantages of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids combined with xiaozhiling injection and forming the standard of this procedure.Method: A randomized study was made in 80 patients with internal rectal prolapse.These cases were separated into two groups randomly: the treatment group was treated with ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids combined with xiaozhiling injection,while the control group with xiaozhiling injection.Each group was 40 patients.Before and after treatments,the improvement of constipation,the chance of infection and curative effect were compared to evaluate this study.Result: There are no differences in the chance of infection(p>0.05).However,the result of treatment group is better than the control group when comparing with result of the improvement of constipation and the curative effect(p<0.05),the effectiveness of the treatment group is 92.5%,while the control group is 62.5%.Conclusion: The curative effect of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids combined with xiaozhiling injection is better than xiaozhiling injection.The curative effect is clear;the symptom of outlet obstruction constipation is improved obviously;the quality of life is greatly improved.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
