The Observation Of Clinical Effect That Zhixiao Decoction And Xiaokechuan Capsule In The Treatment Of 100 Cases Of Bronchial Asthma In Children

Purpose: By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of children who in the attack of heat asthma after taking Zhixiao decoction and Xiaokechuan Capsule,objective to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Method: The children from outpatient department of Pediatrics in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2017,who in the attack of heat asthma.All cases were in conformity with the diagnostic standard of Chinese and Western Medicine.And through the inclusion and exclusion criteria for screening qualified persons.The randomized controlled test method was used to randomly divide the selected cases into two groups,which were 50 cases in the treatment group and 50 in the control group.The treatment group were treated with Zhixiao decoction and Xiaokechuan Capsule.And the control group were given Xiaoerdingchuan oral liquid treatment.The treatment group and the control group were taken for 4 consecutive days as 1 course of treatment,2 courses of treatment were observed respectively,and the two groups were compared after the end of the course,SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the experimental data.Result: After 1 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78%.Data analysis was done by statistical software SPSS19.0.It was found that “p=0.03<0.05”.and it proved that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was evidently better than that of the control group.After 2courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82%.Data analysis was done by statistical software SPSS19.0.It was found that “p=0.01<0.05”.and it proved that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was evidently better than that of the control group.In summary,It was proved that the treatment group was more quickly than the control group in improving the symptoms and signs of bronchial asthma in children.Conclusion: The curative effect of Zhixiao decoction and Xiaokechuan Capsule in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma is effective.And no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,It is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of this disease.and it can bewidely used in clinical practice.
