Effect Of Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Prescription On Cardiac Function Of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease(Qi Yin Deficiency,Blood Stasis And Collaterals Obstruction Syndrome) After PCI

Purpose: This study was to observe the qi tong vein side with conventional western medicine therapy compared with conventional western medicine treatment,the PCI postoperative coronary heart disease,heart failure(two deficiency qi and Yin,blood stasis resistance network card)in patients with cardiac function and the effect of plasma BNP level through clinical observation,6 minutes walk test,check the indicators such as ejection fraction,heart colour to exceed preliminary evaluation the clinical curative effect of qi tong side of arteries and veins.Method: 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were selected from the outpatient department of cardiology and the inpatient department of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine.Divided into qi and nourishing Yin tong pulse combined conventional western medicine treatment group and routine western medicine control group,1 week after treatment,after 4 weeks,8 weeks,before and after treatment as evaluation point,observe patients’ blood plasma BNP level,6 minutes walk test indices such as ejection fraction and heart colour to exceed,for the treatment of qi and nourishing Yin tong vein side PCI postoperative coronary heart disease(CHD)heart failure(two deficiency qi and Yin,blood stasis resistance network card)to evaluate the curative effect of patients with cardiac function impacts.It provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of improving patients’ heart function after PCI.Result: Two groups of middle of the back after 8 weeks treatment function to improve the total effective rate of the comparison,the two groups can improve cardiac function,the team 12 cases were markedly effective,effective 21 cases,ineffective in 3,the team cardiac function in patients with the total effective rate was 91.67%;Control group 5 cases had marked effect,effectively and 20 cases,11 cases,control group patients with cardiac function in the total effective rate was 69.44%,the total efficacy of two groups was statistically difference(P < 0.05),the team curative effect is obviously better than the control group.Conclusion: In clinic,the conventional drug therapy and qi tong vein side joint routine drug treatment are good treatment effects have been achieved,through statistical analysis and comparison,the curative effect of team indicators improved the degree are higher than thecontrol group,with statistical significance,and does not appear in the process of research and treatment patients discomfort and security index abnormalities,confirmed the qi tong pulse real sex,practice shows that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PCI postoperative symptoms has wide research prospects.
