Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the improvement of children’s massage on the symptoms and signs of the patients,and to further understand the exact efficacy and safety of this method.For clinical treatment of such diseases to accumulate experience and provide the corresponding basis.Method: The data of this study were collected from January 2017 to December2017,in the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.There were 48children(28 males and 20 females,aged from 3 to 12 years old)who were diagnosed as pediatric ocular diseases in the outpatient department of ophthalmology and ophthalmology of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.All the children,accompanied by their parents,were regularly treated with massage in outpatient clinic.After 3 treatment periods,all the children were followed up for 1 month.Syndromes and slit lamp anterior segment examination.Statistical analysis and comparison of blink frequency,accompanied symptoms,ocular and systemic adverse reactions at different time points during treatment.Result:Among them,25 cases were males(56.82%),19 cases were females(43.18 years old).The age of these patients was 33.18 years.The age of these patients was mainly 6-8 years old,with an average age of 6.15 ±2.19 years.This clinical observation 1 treatment period is 7 days,treatment 3 treatment period 21 days,each treatment period between 2 days.Most of the blink times of the affected eyes were between 30 and 50 before massage manipulation treatment.After three treatment periods,the number of blink was significantly improved after 1 month follow-up compared with that before treatment.There were significant differences in the post blink(P=0.00,P=0.00,p<0.05).The concomitant symptoms of the 25 patients before treatment were accompanied by symptoms of itching and astringent,photophobia,and rubbing.There were 4 symptoms disappeared after treatment and 16 patients improved significantly in.48 patients for other reasons(2 conjunctivitis,1 telephone number replacement,1).When people accepted other treatments,they failed to adhere to the clinical observation.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Massage manipulation based on "liver" on children with with frequent eyes blinking was significant,no adverse reactions related to treatment occurred,and the patients were easy to accept. |
