Objective:Manipulation of external fixation splint and surgical treatment of children with open reduction and internal fixation of radius and ulna fractures clinical observation summary analysis and comparison of these two treatment efficacy in clinical applications. Methods:36 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group,19 cases in the control group 17 cases.The treatment group were treated with external fixation techniques restoration splint treatment,the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of surgical treatment.Observed two groups before treatment the general situation,after treatment of various clinical indicators.Results:Using SPSS statistical software on the treatment group and control group analysis and comparison of the observed indicators,Manipulation and external fixation treatment of children with fractures of radius and ulna compared with open reduction and internal fixation surgery can accelerate fracture healing and reduce complications.Conclusion:The manipulative reduction and external fixation splint treatment of children with fractures of radius and ulna fractures satisfied with the surgery,compared with fracture healing,functional recovery of a good advantage of forearm rotation. |
