Purpose:To observe the curative effect of treating senile osteoporosis(kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)by means of warm kidney detoxification.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of TCM treatment,and to provide a better method and clinical basis for further improving the clinical efficacy of TCM in treating osteoporosis.Method:In the diagnosis of osteoporosis,kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in the elderly patients to select 60 cases,by randomized,controlled grouping principles will be divided into the treatment group and control group 30 cases each.The two groups were given basic treatment,and the control group was given calcium leach D,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal compound decoction with warm kidney detoxification and ventilation.3 months is 1 course of treatment,continuously observe 2 courses,namely 6 months.The indexes of bone density,TCM symptoms,bone metabolism index,survival quality(sf-36 scale)and visual analogization(VAS)were observed.Statistics using SPSS19.0 software to complete,application mean + /-standard deviation of measurement data(+ /-SD)statistical description,there are differences between the measurement data is compared between groups using t test,statistical tests adopt bilateral inspection,if P < 0.05 will be seen as a test the difference was statistically significant.Result:The kidney detoxification of t2 dm with traditional Chinese medicine compound medicinal broth calcium he D in the treatment of senile osteoporosis(kidney Yang deficiency syndrome),relieve clinical symptoms,improve bone metabolism index,improve survival quality of the control group(simple application calcium he D)has obvious advantages(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect was good,and no adverse events occurred during the study.Conclusion:The kidney detoxification t2 dm method in the treatment of senile osteoporosis(kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)has certain curative effect,especially in improving clinical symptoms and safety has remarkable advantages,produce synergies to western medicine,make up for the pure deficiencies caused by high doses of western medicine. |
