Efficacy Evaluation And Analysis Of Combined Hormone And Radiotherapy Combined Operational Therapy For Ear Keloid

Objective(s):To investigate the use of keloid kernel dispel joint of glucocorticoid hormones,isotope patches and other auxiliary ear keloid treatment,to evaluate the curative effect of group 1 and group 2 and group 3,and postoperative follow-up results show after surgery to using isotope sticking therapy,combined with glucocorticoid can more effectively inhibit the relapse of keloids,provide the basis for clinical treatment of the disease and the treatment experience.Method(s):A systematicly analyzed 30 cases of ear keloid patients selected in the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university from September 2016 to March 2017.All keloid patients were randomly divided into group 1(10 cases,20 keloids)and group 2(10 cases,13 keloids)and group 3(10 cases,15 keloids).Group 1 with keloid kernel dispel operation,postoperative immediately in the wound of the subcutaneous injection diluted triamcinolone acetonide injection(40 mg/ml)2 concentration and dose according to the condition of keloid size,minimum 0.1 ml dose,maximum dose of 0.5 ml;7 days again in wound injection diluted triamcinolone acetonide injection,injection method and dose with exactly the same as that showed immediate postoperative stay 14 days after the wound healed completely our nuclear medicine line of 90 sr isotope sticking therapy(for two sessions,each course between compartments for about 3 months,after review as the case may be,if need to add 3 period of treatment,).Group 2 was treated with the same surgical method as the observation group and 90Sr isotopes.Group 3:injection of triamcinolone injection directly in the keloid,with a concentration of 40mg/2ml.After the operation,the effect was evaluated and the differences of different methods were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In the follow-up of all patients,the cure rate and efficiency of the group 1 were 90%and 95%,while the cure rate and efficiency of the group 2 were only 53.8%and 69.2%.The cure rate and effective rate of the group 3 were 53.4%and 66.7%.Through statistical analysis,the P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion(s):Group 1 cure rate is higher than the group 2 and 3,shows that after surgical removal of the keloids to use isotope patches during the treatment,combined with glucocorticoid can better inhibit the excessive proliferation of keloids into fiber cell,to observe the prognosis of obtain good effect.
