Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acne Of Hot And Humid Physique With Umbilical Acupuncture

ObjectiveThe disease happens in facial ministry,easy for patients with different degree to its appearance requirements to bring loss in this study through the umbilical needle treatment acne patients,compared with the control group(normal acupuncture)to evaluate the treatment quality of the treatment group(umbilical acupuncture),and the clinical effect of acne patients.MethodIn this study,people are divided into two groups according to the randomization method.The treatment group was mainly treated with Umbilical acupuncture therapy,and the main acupuncture points were Li point,Kun point,Dui point and Kan point on umbilical.And the treatment lasted for 5 days a week,and for four weeks.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture therapy,and the main acupuncture combined with the Hegu,the Qu chi,the Neiting,the Yang bai,the Sibai,the Zusanli,Yin ling quan once a day,the treatment lasts 5 days a week.The Dazhui point was punctured for twice a week.Collecting relevant data,,ang observing the indicators before treatment,after 4 weeks’ treatments and.After established databases and completedthe information,the study also observed the relapse and recurrence interval for 3 months after the treatment have been finished ResultsFollowing the inclusion standard,60 patients were collected,without any statistically obvious difference in age,gender,course of disease,physical score and QLAI score,and the baseline characteristics of these 2 groups could be compared.results from four weeks’ treatment,while for the control group,the total effective rate was 86.7% only.Two groups of data were compared and statistically analyzed,was proved by the comparison between these two groups.Comparison of QLAI score and physique score of patients in the two groups and their comparison before and after treatment showed a certain degree of decrease.After the treatment,there was no recurrence in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.ConclusionThe study showed that umbilical acupuncture with common acupuncture for hot and humid qualitative acne treatment curative effect is positive,but a decrease in the improvement of symptoms,improve the physique,improve level of daily life and reduce Acne patients relapse rate,umbilical acupuncture is more superior to traditional acupuncture treatment.Besides,the number of umbilical acupuncture is relatively small,and the operation is simple and worthy of clinical promotion.Moreover,the mechanism of Umbilical acupuncture therapy is still to be further studied.
